A post shared by Scott Derrickson (@scottderrickson) on Jul 30, 2018 at 10:52pm PDT What could this mean? I believe it means, the now confirmed, Dr Strange sequel will begin filming in September! Different Ending for Xandar Was Originally Planned in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

Avengers: Infinity War released digitally earlier today, and with it over four additional hours of extras. One of those extras is an exclusive director commentary in which the Russo brothers explain why they did what they did in the movie. One of the big points of dispute between fans was the handling of Thanos acquiring the Power Stone and why Xandar wasn’t shown in the film. Well, originally, that wasn’t the plan. According to writer Christopher Markus the team “wrote a version of Thanos attacking Xandar and it had a similar purpose in the script to what Knowhere does now. It

How the ‘Agents of SHIELD’ cast kept Jeff Ward around

It is no secret by now that Jeff Shaw has been signed as a regular for season 6 to reprise his role as Jemma and Fitz’s Grandson Deke Shaw. But what wasn’t known was how close he came to being a one and done character…but not as Deke. The cast of the ABC show visited the L.A. Times’ video studio during Comic-Con last week, and Jeff Ward told the story of how he was originally reading for a different character altogether. “I was cast as Virgil. I was supposed to play Virgil, and I got to the table read,” said

Venom Trailer Breakdown

As expected the new Venom trailer dropped today. I’m trying not to get carried away here but this is easily the best trailer they have dropped so far. Yesterday I said this film would either make or break the film in terms of people deciding if they’re actually going to watch it in October. And the early responses I’m see to the trailer have been positive for the most part. With each trailer the reception to the upcoming film continues to improve but that could just be me and the people I follow on Twitter. We’ll get our real answer

Potential SPOILERS: Our good friends over at Nerd Rage Podcast have some details on the new stand alone Joker film. They spoke with who they say is a very reliable source regarding Todd Phillips’ film. That’ll be fun, but I think it’s only a couple days. Play an aging dancer, stripper. I don’t want to go into the details. I can’t go into the details, but just know it’s gonna be good. And I hope my psoriasis is flaring cause that’ll be very funny. I’ll be in a Speed-O, I can’t wait. I have some ideas

First Reaction: Brand New ‘Venom’ Trailer

“The world has enough superheroes.” That is the tagline for the new Venom trailer, released only about an hour ago. What a great line to have that really sets the tone for what fans can expect when watching this movie. I just literally ran to watch the trailer and I have so many thoughts swirling in my mind right about now. Venom is a Sony production that is in association with Marvel; essentially maybe but not maybe existing within the MCU. We can perhaps pretend. Tom Hardy plays Eddie Brock, a journalist who becomes entangled with a secret lab experiment
