Tim Seeley Discusses Bloodshot, The Industry, and #WhoWouldWin

Tim Seeley Discusses Bloodshot, the industry, and #WhoWouldWin I had the pleasure of interviewing legendary comic book writer and artist Tim Seeley at Chicago’s C2E2 2019 event. His credits include the groundbreaking (at least in my opinion) Hack/Slash, G.I. Joe vs Transformers, and Revival. He’s also the writer of one of my all time favorite titles, ‘Loaded Bible’ which tells the all too familiar tale of Jesus coming back in a post apocalyptic world in order to fight the vampire overlords who control it. You know…the usual type of Jesus story.   In this interview Tim Seeley discusses the staying

Early Impressions of NOS4A2 After C2E2 Screening

This past weekend I was able to attend the screening of the NOS4A2 pilot episode at C2E2, thanks to AMC’s generosity.  Now before I begin, I want to note that I have never read the book (Joe Hill), nor have I ever seen the original silent film.  I’m coming at this series as AMC is intending, as an experienced viewer.  While I’m sure that the series will pay homage to the book that they based their take off of, I’m also certain that it will not be their main objective.  I’m willing to wager that their main objective is to

AFRO SAMURAI Director Reveals ‘HUMAN LOST’ At C2E2

This past weekend I was honored to not only attend the 10th anniversary of C2E2 in my hometown of Chicago but was honored to be invited to many exclusive press conferences. However, one of the biggest things to come from C2E2 was in the form of a small reveal to the public eye on the SyFy Live! Stage. Fuminori Kizaki, the director of famed Afro Samurai, and its Emmy-winning follow up, Afro Samurai: Ressurection, too to the stage to reveal his latest movie project with Funimation. As fans of the oddball, and slightly futuristic anime lined the seats in droves,

Even those who are not comic book readers know such characters as Wolverine, Professor X, and more. Now, us fans had the opportunity to see some of the cast reunite in a spectacular fashion at the Country Comic Con, talking about their experiences on the show, auditions, and what they loved about the
