Second ‘Venom’ Trailer To Debut Tomorrow

CainanCainan is a walking talking Superman fanboy since age 2! He has been a lover of movies since he could understand them which was probably around the age of 5. Geeking out to He-Man, G.I. Joe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and just about every other Saturday morning cartoon. An old school action flick kind of guy, he grew up with Arnold, Stallone, and Willis keeping him company. He is also big into technology and video games. From the classic NES to the PS4, he has played them all. He runs the Geek Vibes Nation Twitter account and is also the

Michael B. Jordan Says Killmonger Could Have Beaten Thanos

At the end of Infinty War, Thanos sat overlooking a countryside and smiled knowing he had accomplished what he set out to do. I imagine there was a bit of satisfaction  knowing he triumphed over the Avengers and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to do it. If you ask Michael B. Jordan if Erik Killmonger would have made a difference, he in true Killmonger fashion, said yes.  “I think the one thing about Killmonger is he really plans his attacks, and they’re well thought out. So if he ever stepped in a situation with Thanos, he would feel confident that he had

Castle Rock’s Jane Levy Open to play ‘Batgirl’

It’s rare for a fan-cast to turn up as the actual character, but for Batgirl fans, the spark is alive and shining bright. Castle Rock star Jane Levy says that she is honored to be considered as a true Barbara Gordon by fans. Although it’s reported that Batgirl won’t make an appearance in the upcoming Warner Bros. Birds of Prey movie, it seems that Levy would take any role in the DCU. “I don’t know who Huntress or Black Canary [are]. 100%, I’m in. Thank you for getting me a job. Yes, I’m in.” Levy told MTV during her SDCC

For those of us who were hoping for the rumored Superman cameo appearance in Shazam! it is appearing more likely that will not happen according to Mark Hughes of Forbes: “It didn’t work out, getting Superman into Shazam!, apparently. Maybe that’ll change and they’ll be able to film something. There’s still a lot of time before it comes out, but as of right now there’s no Superman in Shazam! and there’s no movement on a Superman solo movie.” Fans who saw the optimism of Superman to be a good match for Shazam will be disappointed with DC Films apparent desire to

With Simon Pegg currently out supporting his newest film, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, that doesn’t mean he won’t discuss the possibility of him soon being back on the USS Enterprise for the fourth Star Trek movie. As a guest on Larry King Now, he spoke to King about the next Star Trek movie. He said he had met the new director, SJ Clarkson, who is the first female director of a Star Trek film. Podcasts are on the come up in society today. Heck, even us here at Geek Vibes Nation have a podcast, GeekVibes Live, that you can subscribe to on any app you get podcasts on. ‘Green Lantern’ Film Getting New Script

Just a couple of months ago it was announced that Geoff Johns would be writing and producing the future Green Lantern Corps movie. Originally a script had been penned by David S. Goyer. This name should ring a bell if like myself you’re a huge fan of DC films in general. Goyer has served as a writer for the likes of The Dark Knight Trilogy, Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This tradition looked set to continue as back in January of 2017 Goyer signed on as both co-writer and co-producer for the Green Lantern Corps

Lessons learned from “Ant-Man and the Wasp”

With the recent release Ant Man and the Wasp, we learned a few things. Ok, I learned a few things…picky, picky! (If you haven’t seen it yet, turn away now. Go on. Shoo!) Number one, we learn where Scott Lang was during the whole Infinity War saga. He was in house arrest for his involvement in the whole “Civil War” “Sokovia Accords” debacle in Germany. We also found out he is a great dad who will go out of his way to entertain his little girl. Who knew cardboard could make your house so much fun…unless your foot with the

Jason Momoa Adds Fuel to the Snyder-Cut Fire

November 17 will forever be a day that fans will long remember as the day they were robbed of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Dedicated fans had hope that Snyder’s vision would still be seen on screen even after tragic personal issues forced Zack to leave the project. In Zack’s absence, Warner Bros. turned to The Avengers director Joss Whedon to see the film completed. The film would undergo extensive reshoots which have fueled  nicknames and memes such as Justache League and Josstice League. The final product wasn’t what fans or even Warner Bros. I am sure had hoped for. The
