Endgame Writers Talk ‘Moon Knight’ Being a Possibility

In a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Avengers: Endgame writer Stephen McFeely dropped a cryptic comment about the possibility of a Moon Knight film.

Somewhere there’s a great Moon Knight movie. But it’s complicated.

So what are the complications? Kevin Feige had previously talked about that possibility in advance of the release of Infinity War. He was asked whether he had future plans for the Marc Spectre character.

Yes. Does that mean five years from now, 10 years from now, 15 years from now? There are stacks of character cards that we have in our development offices, which we look at. Which we pull for him, which we discussed.

While the character has not been mentioned in the current batch of stories being planned for Phase 4, this doesn’t rule out its use. Marvel’s recent agreements with Hulu for producing some of its content would be a logical home for such a show. They have already announced that they’d be launching two live-action supernatural series. The first re-introducing fan favorite Gabriel Luna reprising his role as Robbie Reyes from Agents of SHIELD in Ghost Rider. In additionanother series featuring Daimon and Ana Hellstrom in Helstrom. The inclusion of a Moon Knight series would fit right in with that style of show.

As aforementioned, nothing has been confirmed but if indeed Marvel would like to introduce the Moon Knight. They certainly have avenues open to them. Would you like to see Marc Spectre, the Moon Knight take his place on Hulu next to Ghost Rider and Helstrom? Perhaps you would prefer to see him on the big screen?
