The “Sixth Dimension” storyline wraps up in this oversize issue as Superman faces down the World Forger to save the Justice League! Can Superman withstand the might of a being that can create worlds from nothing?! Plus, with the Justice League away, Mr. Mxyzptlk’s been wreaking havoc! Can anyone on Earth stand up to the fifth-dimensional menace? – DC Comics
Scott Snyder & Jorge Jimenez are always a great team. Their story telling is always on point, character development never fails on emotional impact as an example, a great moment with Batman and Superman you will not help but smile at.
The second part titles The Message had a whole new feel to it compared to the first part and I really thought that it was a great idea to get a new team to write the second part it allows it to have a new flavor to the story telling for the Justice League but keep it in the same continuity.
This was a heavy action set piece but that did not stop it from having great dialogue with some of the characters such as, Martian Manhunter and Batman.
Let me start this by saying that was the best Superman punch I have seen drawn out in my entire life! Those few page right before he punches Forger had so much visual weight behind it, I nearly teared up.
The action pages were all magnificent from the composition to the line work and coloring. It just has so much detail to it after reading it had to go back and just look at the art a second time!
This is a story you need to be caught up on! If you are not pick you Justice League vol. 1: The Totality and Justice League Vol.2: Graveyard of Gods. This will allow you to have issues 1-12. Justice League vol. 3: Hawkworld does not come out until July 23, 2019 and that will get up to 13-18. After that, you might have to get the single issue and trust me they are worth it!
If you are caught up pick issue 25 ASAP! This is most likely my favorite issue since issue 3 for this currant run.
Been a nerd my whole life. Started with anime and cartoon not soon after Films, Comic Books and Video Games became what I enjoyed as well. Star Wars is the great franchise, but I do love Star Trek, Lord of the Ring, and Harry Potter.
I want the nerd community to be kind to each other. Stop sending threats to each other and celebrities. I would love to engage in intense debate about the things we all love, not yell at each other and call people idiots just because they don’t agree with your opinions.
I also love sports, boxing and basketball are what I do in my free time.
