DC has decided to skip Hall H this year and in its place – Marvel Studios. Marvel is returning to San Diego Comic-Con this year. Considering Kevin Feige has yet to map out his Phase Four, this is the perfect place to do it.

Fans will remember that footage from Avengers: Infinity War and Brie Larson’s casting as Captain Marvel premiered two years ago at SDCC. The MCU’s Black Widow movie is underway, so it would only make sense if the cast and director appear on a panel in Hall H.

We also have The Eternals and Shang-Chi as two highly anticipated MCU films. It’s likely that Marvel Studios will premiere something to this accord at SDCC. The event will happen on July 18th, a couple of weeks after Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters. Since Far From Home is the end of Phase Three, the timing is perfect for Marvel to share plans for Phase Four.
