On October 20th 2016, Rockstar Games gave its fans their very first look at the sequel to the critically acclaimed Red Dead Redemption, a game based around the wild west and the many outlaws that roamed the dangerous lands. Many fans of Rockstar bought the game and quickly discovered that this game was an absolute masterpiece.it contained a story that moved players in a way that most games struggle with, an open world that seemed to live and breathe along side its protagonist, John Marston. The game received praise from fans and news outlets for all the right reasons, even winning Game of the year awards for how well crafted of an experience it felt to play. of course fans couldn’t contain their excitement and demanded a sequel be made.
The latest trailer was released and showed fans exactly what they wanted in terms of gameplay and showed them that this game will feel similar to play in comparison to its predecessor whilst also carrying a sense of mystery as to new aspects of the game which can determine your characters notoriety and honourability. This system appears to work in a similar fashion to the Strangers and freaks missions from their most recent game Grand Theft Auto Five. It also showed a new care system for the main mode of transportation within the games world, the horses of the wild west. It also showed the new system of different horses to pick for different occasions and situations which may arise whilst exploring the frontier. Fansd also got a look at the new base/safe house system which is being incorporated into the game, it will have the Vanderling Gang transporting their base to new locations and possibly picking up more people who can help in your quests.
The gameplay trailer has given a much better sense of what fans can expect in Red Dead Redemption 2 and more trailers are yet to be released. Red Dead Redemption 2 will release October 26th. Happy Gaming.
