‘Shazam’s Zachary Levi Would Love To Join A Justice League Film

As DC’s Shazam! draws nearer, Zachary Levi is on the talk circuit speaking about all things Shazam! and expressing his desire to be a part of a Justice League film should it ever transpire. In a recent interview with Games Radar he believes his character would fit right in to the mix…in his unique way.

Shazam would fit. The person he’d be closest to is the Flash (Ezra Miller) because of their youth and humor. And we’ve gotta have Shazam and Superman (Henry Cavill) interactions. They’re, like, the same, but totally different…

And how would the kid in the superhero’s body react to Wonder Woman? Levi has previously explained his take on that encounter in an interview with ET.

I’m a 14-year-old and we’ve got Wonder Woman there and just having a total crush… Like, how do you act cool when you’re crushing on the most beautiful woman in the world who also happens to be a goddess?” Levi said. And trying to act cool around Superman and Batman and all that stuff? I mean, my brain was just immediately going to all those possibilities cause I think it would be a whole lot of fun.

While the concept of Shazam! and the Justice League is interesting to ponder, there is no discussion at this time for another Justice League to be made, so in the meantime, DC will wait and sees how Shazam! fares at the box office following the mega-ton success of Aquaman. Shazam! premiers on April 5th, 2019.
