Tom Holland Reveals He Was In Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse Before Scene Was Cut

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was one of the best movies of 2018 and universally loved by all including us fans and we are the hardest to please.

Well, in recent news Tom Holland’s Spider-Man was cut from the final product of Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse.

Joe got an exclusive with Tom Holland talking about his role in Into The Spider-Verse

This is what Tom Holland had to say,

“At one point I was supposed to be in it,” Holland confirms to JOE. “There was going to be another Peter Parker… There was like a scene in a train station or something, and it was going to be like an Easter egg. I was going to walk through the background and say like ‘Hey, kid’ or something.”

“Never happened. Heartbroken.”

Even though Tom Holland was not in Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse he does say good things about the film and Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, even stating that he wants him to transition over to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“He’s really, really good in it,” Holland added. “I’m just excited to introduce Miles into our own universe one day. I think that’s going to be really good.”
