It was reported in the Observer this morning that WWE has confirmed Tomasso Ciampa will need neck surgery. There is no official time table for a return, but it is said he will be out for a “long, long time.” This comes on the heels of Ciampa’s call up to the main roster, just a few short weeks ago.
